The design is led by Officine Factory Studio in collaboration with celebrated international architect Milad Eshtiyaghi, renowned for boundary-pushing, nature-integrated designs.

- External Cladding: Exterior walls finished with local, rough-hewn stone for a raw, organic texture.

- Private Pool: Each lodge features a compact, private plunge pool and sun-deck area seamlessly integrated into the landscape.

The interiors use a refined palette of natural materials to create a luxurious, earthy environment.
- Design Motif: Consistent use of concrete/stucco, natural wood, exposed timber beams, and woven materials.
- Living Area: Features a built-in, sunken stucco sofa, raw-wood coffee table, and woven wicker furniture.
- Kitchen: Minimalist concrete countertop/breakfast bar with bespoke natural wood cabinetry.
- Bedrooms: Include low platform beds, custom-made natural-edge wooden headboards, and large ceiling fans.
- Bathrooms: Finished with textured concrete/stucco, wooden vanities, and stylish black industrial-style metal and glass shower enclosures.
